Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your project under the following conditions:

1. Before Design Submission
   
   
   • You can cancel your project anytime before the first design concepts are submitted. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
2. After Design Submission
   
   
   • Once design concepts have been submitted, the project can no longer be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
